Terms of service

1. Using Meridian
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information about yourself and your professional experience. One account per person. You are responsible for what you publish and for anything done under your account.
2. Professional conduct
Treat other members professionally. No harassment, discrimination, spam or bulk outreach. Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity.
3. Connections and messaging
Messaging requires mutual acceptance. Attempting to circumvent that — including harvesting contact details to reach members off-platform — may result in suspension.
4. Work and payment
Meridian introduces professionals and hosts collaboration. Commercial terms are agreed directly between members. We are not a party to your contracts and do not guarantee outcomes, quality or payment.
5. Content and ownership
You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other members at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.
7. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from engagements formed through the network.
8. Changes
We will give notice of material changes to these terms. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept them.
